The Journey — How Growth Unfolds, Playfully

Meeting a stranger. Moving to a new place. Change at work.

Uncertainty kicks in and can feel like a threat — triggering fear, withdrawal, or over-control.

In that state, the mind cannot be reasoned into peace through instruction or analysis.

What helps instead is returning to something deeply familiar:

PLAY.

As children, we learned to find our way through experience before explanation.

With "I Don't Know Yet" in lead, we explored without currriculum, created without expectation, and discovered who we were by engaging with the world — guided from within.

The Playground of the Unknown brings this playful way of growth back.

Simply — as an unfolding, real-life journey, shaped by three experiential zones:

Listening to the inner guide, together

We develop awareness by doing, reflecting and sharing to notice what emerges from within and let it guide our next step.

HOW

Growth resources and an inclusive community through a secure online platform

Exploring the unfamiliar world

We visit unfamiliar places and meet new people to widen life perspectives, find resources and release what no longer serves us.

HOW

2-hour trips of 2 to 7 people to a unknown place, e.g., library, art club, children's playground

Creating without expectation

We co-create small, self-led projects with no clear outcome, learning to act and contribute without certainty.

HOW

Pilots, driven by own passions and designed to offer value, e.g., workshops, blogs, venture.

Curious or just wondering?

Questions from the edge of the unknown.

Because uncertainty can’t be explained in advance; it has to be felt and explored safely, as it unfolds — like on a playground.

Not a training: Fixed programs with goals prepare for certainty. Here, we step into reality as it comes — visiting unfamiliar places, meeting strangers, and learning through the ups and downs.

Not coaching: Confidence in uncertainty grows through action, not just talking. We take small steps stemming from our passions and strengths — projects, tours, experiments — letting experience reveal direction, calm the mind, and reconnect us with the world.

Not therapy: There is nothing to fix. We simply reconnect with our inner guide, which we ever led us on a playground. Hence, we immerse in diverse self-initiated experiences and feel deeply, so trust, clarity, and movement emerge naturally.

Without tests. We use simple reflection prompts grounded in daily life to notice patterns and widen choice. For example:

  • In the past month, how often have you approached a stranger purely out of curiosity?

  • Think of the last time a plan fell apart. What was your first move?

Not knowing is a valid starting point here. The journey is designed so direction emerges through experience, not upfront goals. Interactions and co-creation with peers, the facilitator and strangers help on the way.

This journey isn’t about learning another method or getting immediate answers. It’s about experiencing uncertainty safely, noticing patterns, and discovering what truly moves you — in action, not instruction.

No. The space is intentionally shaped so different ways of showing up — quiet, curious, cautious, playful — all belong. With the facilitator you can discuss choices that align with your personality, steps, and needs.

About the facilitator

In 1999, I left family and friends to pursue my passion for computers as the sole master's student in Artificial Intelligence at Sofia University, relying solely on self-study and without any job prospects. My first leap in the unknown...

After 15+ years as a computer scientists in Dutch academia and high-tech industry (TNO, ASML, Philips), I thought I had settled for success. But my inner voice persisted: "Do something in education!" As I didn't know what, I ignored it until life sent a clearer message: my mother's passing from cancer in 2018 at age 65, still tutoring children with math until her last days. This painful loss reminded me life is brief and precious — to follow my true purpose, despite the unknown.

In 2021, leaving promising tech career, I took a leap into educational entrepreneurship with Creazzia. Through years of meeting diverse people, experimenting with services, and continuous self-learning, I found clarity in my vision: "We All Thrive." Today, I support people and organizations to pave their purpose-driven path with peace and joy — especially when the way feels uncertain or even crazy. I keep exploring alongside those I interact or work with as a supportive buddy, not a teacher — trusting the inner guide we each carry.

Lovely to meet you!

WE PLAY IN THE UNKNOWN

There is nothing more motivating than the gratification that comes from action.

...The beginning was very stressful... A flood of thoughts created chaos in my head. I wanted to find a solution here and now.

At the same time, I met Marina... The arguments she uses such as openness to new things, rejection of patterns of behaviour developed over the years, imposed by culture and upbringing, in order to slightly reprogram one's brain, strongly correlate with my thoughts...

This caused me to come out of my shell and give the ‘new’ a chance, which has already brought benefits.

... one's attitude and relationship to problems also changes; they have not so much disappeared as been analysed differently and, as a result, are less stressful.

3 MONTHS LATER

I have got into an action flow now - started a creative course in an international community, got ideas for photo projects... energized and led by my insight "Doing without Knowing."

Supply chain professional exploring a new path, with a passion for photography (Non-Dutch)

Within the journey - co-created and gave with Marina a pilot workshop "Dark & Light Play" for Dutch kids

Over the past 12 weeks, this journey has really opened my eyes to how much growth can come from being authentic. Mentally, I've gained so much clarity on my goals and values, and emotionally... It's such a warm and supportive community.

Early-career Data Scientist

To develop my career in the new market, Marina asked thought-provoking questions that led me to the idea of starting solo-preneurship, which I had previously avoided. That conversation motivated me to take action in that direction, and now I run a solo-woman agency with four clients onboarded in four months.

Marketing Entrepreneur

Endless opportunities pass us by every moment, opportunities we remain unaware of unless we dare to step into the unknown. A spontaneous invite for a purpose-breakfast in a non-conventional setting sounded exactly like one of those, so I accepted without expectations - and I'm glad I did. I was introduced to a fantastic place, The Living Museum, where everyone is welcome to become a free artist. No borders, no pressure, no rules - just mutual respect and the freedom to be yourself. It reminded me how openness to the unknown can reveal worlds we didn't know existed - both around us and within us. I would never have found such a place by chance, and I'm truly grateful for this experience!

PhD Computer Scientist on a career exploration

Being in an in-between phase in my life and looking for a new job, it has felt very welcoming and inspiring to join Marina and others in a similar life phase, stepping outside my usual day-to-day life tasks. It was a kind and insightful reminder to open my eyes again to different perspectives and possibilities, life doesn’t have to be linear and it never truly is - gentle guides like Marina and experiences like this feel like I’m taking a bigger look at my life and a second to explore and just grounding myself into a feeling of curiosity again… I’ve been very grateful to what Marina has organised and feel I’ve learned something new about myself or others, or the world each time.

Psychology graduate

...no matter which idea I have, Marina always encourages me to pursue it, and even tries to help in any way that she can!

I have attended her events of Purpose Breakfast, a time and place to meet new people, embrace diversity, gain new insights... but specially to reignite the flame of curiosity!

And I thought, why only do this in this event?

Is it not possible to do it in my daily life? And so I tried, and my life has become much more joyful, enthusiastic, fun!

I gained more confidence to be myself, and to do all the things I thought were not possible!

And so I encourage you, step by step to open your awareness to the existing possibilities in your daily life.

Look around, there is much to be discovered!
